LINKnet Mentoring - Blank Minority Ethnic Mentoring Service
Objectives
First phase - 2000-2003

Recruit 35 volunteers from black minority ethnic communities per year and train them to be mentors.

Recruit 35 people from BME communities per year to be mentees with the aim of developing themselves in employment, education and personal development fields.

Work with 15 other organisations in order to achieve LINKnet objectives.
Second phase - 2003-2006

Recruit 50 volunteers from black minority ethnic communities per year and train them to be mentors.

Recruit 50 people from BME communities per year to be mentees with the aim of developing themselves in employment, education and personal development fields.

Work with 20 other organisations in order to achieve LINKnet objectives.
Third phase - 2006-2009

Recruit 60 volunteers from black minority ethnic communities per year and train them to be mentors.
