LINKnet launched a series of 10 workshops for the staff and Board Directors. The representatives of other organisations were invited to take part in the workshops. A total of 50 people took part in the workshops. The first workshop was held on 03 March 2005.

| August 2007 | LINKnet initiated and established a collective between all but one Edinburgh based BME education and employment support providers collective in order to share good practice, make referrals and do joint work. The participating organizations are, Skillnet Edinburgh, NISUS Scotland, Women Onto Work, The Welcoming, Pakistan Society, Refugee Centre, Sikh Sanjog, SWAP East and Beild’s job opportunities support project. |
