LINKnet's vision is to be the most effective and efficient black minority ethnic mentoring service provider in the country.
Mission
LINKnet's mission is to provide one to one mentoring support to black minority ethnic individuals in their pursuit of employment, education and good quality life in order to help maximise the number of black minority ethnic people in employment, education, training and civic life in Scotland.
Aim
To increase representation of black minority ethnic people in employment, education and civic life of Scotland through a structured mentoring programme.
