This service is offered to job seekers who do not have UK work experience. Placements are available within LINKnet and through partnerships with private and voluntary sector organisations, helping individuals gain practical experience and improve employability.
Time Commitment

Why Volunteer with us?
Many minority ethnic people face barriers to employment due to a lack of UK work experience. Without experience, it is difficult to secure a job and without a job, it is difficult to gain experience. This creates a “catch-22” situation.
