What a whirlwind of a week for our Oral Health team!

We had a fantastic day at the Let's Cook Up a Storm! last Thursday, May 30th. It was amazing getting together with organisations and communities passionate about addressing food and health issues for the community. We had great conversations, shared laughs, and compared notes on projects on which we have been working hard. Thanks to Edinburgh Community Food for organising such a wonderful fair! (introduce our mascot Canine, who has met many kids who kindly gave his teeth a proper brush)

Then, on past Monday, we brought smiles to Musselburgh with an awareness session that had everyone buzzing about the benefits of good oral hygiene. Who knew brushing and flossing could be so fun?

And let's not forget our ongoing Eat Well for Oral Health cooking session on Wednesday at Duncan Place Leith. We whipped up a delicious, mouth-friendly spiced lentil soup recipe that was a hit. Because eating well isn't just great for your body, it's fantastic for your teeth too!
